What if I have an international shipment, how can teams communicate internally and with their providers?
The Cargobase platform is a cloud-based solution, available worldwide. The only prerequisite is that you have an active internet connection.

So regardless of where it comes from or goes to if they are online; they can view the specifics. Within the platform also define teams, anybody within a team can view anything that exists in that team. So whether your team is colocated or not – you and your colleagues can have access to the same information.

Of course; we do provide a role-based access solution so that people only actually deal with information they need for their work.

What if I want to show my business partner the status of my shipment?
Through the role-based access and team structure, we can very easily define all sorts of business functions and the views and rights they need in the platform – so any type fits. But even if you want to share updates with a specific individual; you can invite them as a guest user with access to a single, or just a few shipments – and for some customers, we also provide a public tracking page with status updates.
